Description
Time entry makes time and work entry more convenient for the employee. Employees can choose from four entry options:
- Microsoft Outlook
- A Fast Time Entry field
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM activities
- On the go via smartphones or tablets
The goal is to capture all work. In general, this is obvious, but in reality, proves to be a challenge. Through any combination, you can provide a suitable time entry option for every project, every team and every employee. More flexibility = fewer gaps = more turnover!
An estimate of an employee’s remaining availability is displayed with every entry. Project managers are immediately informed of Deviation forecasts and can react appropriately.
There are various views and reports available for the controlling of entries. They support both the employees themselves as well as project manager and higher-level controlling. Employees can e.g. identify entry gaps directly in their Outlook Calendar.
Microsoft Outlook
Times can be entered directly in Microsoft Outlook (appointments, tasks, etc). Many of your employees are familiar with using Outlook and appreciate using this well-known environment.
Fast Time Entry mask
An additional option is the Fast Time Entry mask. It is particularly optimated to be user-friendly and can be used outside of your intranet. Most importantly, users using the Fast Time Entry fields don’t require a full CRM license!
CRM Activities
Alternatively, times can be entered via all available CRM activities. All appointments, service activities, tasks, telephone calls etc. can be given a duration and can be used to enter time. Enered time is visible - depending on type - at the usual places. For example, tasks appear in the history, appointments in calendars, etc.
Mobile Apps
