Thus, you can take the necessary steps to manage your project, such as changes in the schedule or resource allocation.
Necessary re-scheduling, due to deviations in the employees' remaining effort estimate, delivery delays, or illness of a team member, can be done with a few clicks. Through the global resource use and the cross-company Gantt, you can see project correlations in the overall context.
For all cost types, such as personal, travel and miscellaneous costs, etc., target values and actual values can be compared on all levels. Budget control is fully supported.
You can be informed actively about deviations through workflows in the system. You can regulate and individually configure how the notifications will appear (e-mail, activity or report).
