Details

Dynamics Project Management helps you to organize project resources. It supports all standard resource types. You can organize internal and external employees as well as resources like machines, vehicles, rooms, etc.

In the Resource Planner, you first assign necessary resources to the projects. For employees, assignments can be directed to individuals as well as department levels. Availability, respectively the planned employee work load, is automatically calculated in the system, considering the work-time model, vacation, public holidays, business closures or employees' sick leaves, and is directly shown while scheduling as well as in the resource utilization. If required, employee skills can also be included.

Throughout the project progression, you can always compare initially planned resources with the currently required resources and make changes accordingly. Spontaneous changes in demand, e.g. caused by sick leave or project appointment rescheduling, can be easily and quickly executed with CRM-Project.
