Applicants
Applicant files received from various channels can be stored in the Applicants entity.
Navigate Main Menu > HR > Applicants.
1. Creating a new Applicant file
Click on +NEW
Begin to create an Applicant file by filling in the Last Name and Gender fields.
Save to continue working on the Applicant file.
Tip: Attach CV and any other Applicant related documents in the Notes section.
2. Enriching Applicant data
After enriching the general Applicant information, several grids in the Applicant form allows you to connect an Applicant to other entities like Skills, Education, Job History. Once all the right information is available, the form also presents you a direct access to begin the Application process.
