Preset Wizard Base Settings

Base settings 

With the help of the wizard, you can predefine the main base settings for your xRM1 Business Solution, such as number ranges, prefixes, etc.

We recommend applying the base settings especially when you are running a test version or when you would like to quickly and productively start your xRM1 Business Solution.

Please be aware that the settings are necessary for the single xRM1 Business solution to function properly in your system. The wizard takes care of this for you.

Manual start

If you don’t want to use the wizard’s predefined settings, you always have the option to manually define settings in the CRM-System.

Note

All base settings that have already been made will not be affected; they will not be changed or deleted.

CRM-Project Base Settings

Hours per work day [h]	8	Specify the number of work hours, per work day, for a full-time employee.
Number of latest projects	5	Specify how many projects to list in the Fast Time Entry for "Latest projects used".
Time period in which Time Entry edits can be made [h]	24	Here you define the time period in which corrections to the Fast Entry entries are allowed.
Current project number	0000001	Specify the number range for automatic project numbering.
Project number prefix	PRO	Prefix for automatic project numbering.
Add travel times and travel time costs to the project	Active	This control allows you to choose whether or not travel time related expenses should be added to an associated project.
Current travel number	0000001	Number range for automatic travel numbering.
Travel number prefix	TRV	Prefix for automatic travel numbering.
Current receipt number	0000001	Number range for automatic receipt numbering.
Receipt number prefix	VOU	Prefix for automatic receipt numbering.
Caching	500	Time period specifying how long cached information is valid, for user-related calendar availability.
Log level	Error	The log level is set.
